SmartFactory is a project-independent demonstration platform that provides an experimental environment for concepts related to Industry 4.0, and supports students in technical higher education in gaining practical experience as an educational factory.
They provide services for industrial and government partners, and conduct research in the field of cyber-physical production systems. In addition to these, the training of students in higher education and the dissemination of knowledge to the general public is also a key aspect in the center’s activities.
