In addition, we are constantly developing our own product, which we use effectively in our work. Continuous development is important to us. We regularly participate in professional trainings and conferences, we also carry out weekly domestic conferences, and our personal development is helped by a coach. We don’t have an office. Some of our tasks are carried out remotely, others on site.
